- Depth below frost, stairs requirements, and beam and joist spans
- First and second floors with dimensions, door and window sizes, floor and ceiling joist spans, and basic kitchen and bathroom layouts
- A detailed cross-section and top view of the roof with rafter spans is also included

Basement or lower level plan
Basement or lower level plan in 1/4″ scale showing all dimensions, beams sizes, concrete pad sizes, and specs for rebar. In addition stair tread and riser height are shown along with necessary supports under partitions.
First floor plan
First floor plan in 1/4″ scale shows all necessary dimensions. Door and window sizes, i-beams or lvl’s and joist size and spacing. Bathroom and kitchen cabinet locations are also shown.
Second floor plan
Second floor plan in 1/4″ scale shows all necessary dimensions, door and window sizes, i-beams or lvl’s and joist size and spacing. Bathroom layouts are also shown.
Roof plan
Roof plan in 1/4″ scale with all roof pitches, rafter spans, purlins, and hip and valleys sizes.
Construction notes
Construction notes include typical Foundation wall section, wall section and framing details.
